OmSlag plays:
'27 Moments'
The 27 moments are combinations of self-made field recordings with a hybrid drum pattern, acoustic and electronic.
Each time a surprising tumble, live, improvised, recorded and numbered.
They are not compositions but stand-alone moments without context. They cut start and end, lack a part of the course, and sound like a short incident.
The moment passes, like everything else.
 Sometimes in the foreground, sometimes shifting to the background. A moment of concentration, usually less than a minute, exciting but futile.

'27 Moments'
De 27 moments zijn koppelingen van zelf opgenomen omgevingsgeluiden met een hybride drumpatroon, akoestisch en electronisch.
Telkens weer een verrassende tuimeling, live, geïmproviseerd, vastgelegd en genummerd.
Het zijn geen composities maar alleenstaande momenten zonder context. Ze knippen begin en eind, mankeren een deel van het verloop, en klinken als een kort voorval.
Het moment gaat voorbij, zoals alles.  Soms op de voorgrond dan weer verschuift het naar de achtergrond. Een ogenblik concentratie, meestal minder dan een minuut, spannend maar vergeefs.
